Aglaonema Pictum Tricolor is a variegated form of the Pictum. They are commonly referred to Chinese Evergreens or camouflage plant. It achieved its name by forming an army pattern of three different colors on it leaves: light green, dark green, and silver. These rich colors become more distinguished as the plant matures and with higher light conditions; seedlings start as a solid green. Its leaves are oval to elliptic and longer than wide and it has thick woody stems. They are prized and highly sought after for their unique foliage. We’ve obtained our specimens from Indonesia and Thailand. We find that every specimen we acquire is very unique and therefore we will never tire of finding new ones for our collection. They are found in growing in the jungle understory in warm, humid conditions. They are slow growers, reaching a maximum height of about two feet. Listing is for seedlings (smaller plants).
