Plant Party Policies 

We do not refund plants. 
Because the nature of not knowing the condition in which plants are in, when they leave our store, we do not refund plants. We offer in-store credit or exchanges for pottery as long as there are no signs of past use, including: dirt stains, chips, cracks, sun-fading, or any other aesthetic or structural flaw. 


Common Questions 

I chose shipping at checkout, why isn't this same day hand-delivered to my door?

In a time of Amazon, when we confuse these words, we're here to tell you shipping is packaged in a box and taken to our nearest UPS, or USPS.

Store to door or delivery is put together at our store in Central Austin and hand-delivered, en route, by one delivery driver. It's a small production, so we ask for your patience.

If you chose shipping as an option at checkout, we will not be delivering by hand to your door in Austin.

If you chose delivery, we will get it to you in the time it takes to get it to you that day or the next.

I live central, why isn’t it giving me a delivery option? 

Even though our delivery is free for locals, you must meet the $45 cart minimum. See the zip codes above for cart minimums and rates for your zip code.

You can also choose pick up if you choose items that don’t meet the cart minimum. 

We hand-DELIVER everything designed on our website.
Shipping is offered, but not for designed, succulent gardens or terrariums. Everything else can be shipped. 

Next Day Pick up is now offered 12-4pm. If you order late in the day, please pick up the day after. Pick up orders need to be place by 12p and given at least an hour to prepare your order.

It can be hard to decipher, when Amazon has large stations everywhere to “deliver” from those warehouses.
We are a smaller production with currently only one landmark in Austin.


I don't live in Austin, Texas. Do you ship?

We do! We are working on fixing our rates to honestly represent shipping costs. Please be patient with us if your order is slightly more that what you've already paid. We are honest with rates and do not overcharge.

I used to get free delivery, now i have to pay a fee, what's up with that?

We are still offering free, same day delivery if you are truly living locally to our shop off 1200 E 11th St. #105, Austin, Texas. 

If your zip code falls anywhere outside of what we consider local, your zip code has been calculated for our delivery rates according to how far and how strenuous traffic is from our shop to get it to you!

 I ordered earlier or the day/week before. Why isn't my delivery out first on the day i specified?

We do not guarantee a specific time your order will be delivered. We normally deliver 2-6:30pm, however depending on how many orders we have that day, we organize them to fit into the best route possible. This means although we strive for 2-6:30pm, there are times we deliver earlier starting at 11am to late in the evening as late as 10p on same day deliveries. However the latest we normally deliver is 8pm.

If you would like to pay an extra fee to make sure your order gets out first thing that day, please email so we can arrange that for you.


I didn't get a notification of order processing. Where is my order?

We do not have the capacity to offer the communication that other big-box retailers have access to at this time. 

We let you know when your order has been delivered.

 If you did not get an order confirmation, it's most likely you added a different email than the one you are checking or only signed up for text notifications. 

If you feel you put a wrong email or phone number into you order, please reach out and we can add the correct info, manually.
