Terms of service
Deliveries: Please note, we delivery Same Day Delivery orders in accordance to our Zipcode/Cart Minimum requirements found here: https://plantparty.co/pages/faq. Zipcodes that do not fall into the Same Day Delivery will be Delivered Next Day.
We generally deliver between 1-3p, but occasionally will deliver earlier between 10-12p. If you are concerned about the timing, please send us a message on our contact form or email info@plantparty.co. You may also call us at 888.272.6499.
We will not be able to give you an exact time of delivery, but we do offer a notification once the delivery has been made. It's language may sound something like "Your Order is on its Way". If you do not receive, make sure your email didn't send to Spam or that you entered your information correctly.
*FRIDAYS are the time when many employees go home early for the day. Please keep this in mind when placing your order for office deliveries and note whether this needs to be delivered 9-5pm or if your recipient usually leaves early.
If a delivery was attempted, based on local zip codes only, we will reschedule a second courtesy delivery. If on the second courtesy delivery we do not successfully deliver, the customer will need to arrange or pay for additional delivery attempts. We generally leave the packages at the front door, unless instructed otherwise in Order Notes in the order.
Alternatively, we will keep it at the shop for pick up, if your recipient would prefer to pick up after delivery attempts were previously made.
