Refund policy

All Sales Final. We do not offer to refund or exchanges on plants.
Because the nature of not knowing conditions in which plants are in, when they leave our store, we do not refund or replace plants.

If you are not happy with the plant selection, within 24 hours of delivery, you may bring it to the attention to staff in-person or by email( info@plantparty.co) and we will assess the plant health for a one-time courtesy exchange. If there are any signs of stress to the plant, we will not exchange.

We also offer Post-purchase Support for caring of your Plant Purchase. You may send an email with photos to info@plantparty.co and we will do our best to assess your light/watering situation and offer advice, to help you keep your plant alive and thriving!

We offer Returns & Store Credit for Planters and Accesssories*, within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer Refunds on Planters or Accessories.

*Planters and Accessories must not be damaged by cracking, split or chipping, nor faded by the sun. 

Our Products do not have warranties. Unwanted Planters and Accessories are eligibile for Returns and Store Credit, within 14 days of purchase.
